With over twenty years of experience at Skytron specializing in purchasing and customer service, Mike truly believes in the motto, "Customer service first, everything else will follow." He has found that treating every customer as if they were the only one creates long-term clients. According to Mike, when the business you work for becomes successful due to customer satisfaction your job is fulfilling.
“I have known my coworkers for a long time and have seen that they feel the same way,” says Mike “We stand ready to do whatever our customer needs. Sometimes that includes going to extremes. Weʼve been known to remove a part off of a top of the line table at Skytron headquarters in order to get a client back in service the same day. Usually, we can get parts the same day since we are located just a few miles from Skytron headquarters."
